Directions
For the Mini Zojirushi bread machine which makes a 1 pound loaf. Use the serving adjustment to adapt to your bread machine.

Soften wheat berriesBring 1/5 cup of wheat berries to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for about one hour or until they begin to crack. Strain, then chop or pulse in a food processor a little. |
